E3 Ranch Foundation

E3 Ranch Foundation, founded in 2017 by major league baseball player Adam LaRoche and his wife Jennifer, serves combat Veterans, fights against human trafficking, and provides support during humanitarian crises globally. This three-pronged approach has evolved in a way that only God could orchestrate.

Our Mission

Put God’s love into action by serving others, helping those in need, and ultimately introducing them to Christ.

About Our Foundation

Since 2017, E3 Ranch Foundation has been finding, cultivating, and building the most effective and scalable solutions to help those in need. Adam personally works closely with the organizations we choose to partner with. E3 Ranch Foundation has spent the past several years supporting our combat veterans and those in the fight against human trafficking, these relationships have been invaluable as we have been called to help in Afghanistan and Ukraine.

Our mission is to continue His work and, like Him, never stop pursuing those in need. When our days of serving are over, we hope to hear God say: “Well done, you’ve finished the race. Welcome home.”

All were some form of Special Operations Forces (SOF) with the exception of one father-son combination — both military — who won the February 2021 Giveaway hunt when Anthony Sherman generously offered a hunt at the E3 (after Adam so generously gave away Sherman’s truck around the Super Bowl in February 2021).

Settling in Fort Scott, Kansas

E3 Ranch Foundation friend and partner Lee Gibson (Relentless Pursuit Outreach and Recovery) has been closely involved with the Afghanistan effort as well, and together he, Adam and Jennifer have seen to it that one particular family (three brothers with their families) of 19 did in fact make it out and into the U.S. Instrumental to getting them on the flight and to the States, Lee and the LaRoches now have resettled them in Fort Scott, Kansas.
