About E3 Ranch Foundation
The E3 Ranch Foundation
E3 Ranch Foundation (E3RF), founded in 2017 by major league baseball player Adam LaRoche and his wife Jennifer, the mission is to put God’s love into action by serving others, helping those in need, and ultimately introducing them to Christ. E3RF takes a three-pronged approach to this mission: serving combat veterans, fighting against human trafficking, and providing support to crises globally.
The E3 Ranch
Adam found through spending time at Walter Reed Medical Center, Veterans are tired of being felt sorry for and simply want to be treated as who they are — “one of the guys” The E3 Ranch, located in Fort Scott, Kansas, provides Veterans a place to rest and recharge with those who can both understand and relate—their fellow warriors.
Since 2017, my wife Jennifer and I have been blessed to use E3 Ranch & Co. to help fund the E3 Ranch Foundation in a grassroots effort to help those with the greatest needs. I want to thank you for considering the E3 Ranch Foundation.

Our Work
The Fight Against Human Trafficking
During a trip to Southeast Asia, Adam’s eyes were opened to the painful realities of human sex-trafficking. Now a TFO agent of Homeland Security’s Human Trafficking Task Force, Adam and the team have joined in the desperate fight for those who are unable to fight for themselves.
Humanitarian Aid During Crisis
Our team believes in stepping up when “the least of these” are in trouble. Aiding during the Afghanistan crisis offered us the opportunity to help families escape and rebuild their lives.
The war in Ukraine — what started as a mission to evacuate 19 medically challenged orphans has now unexpectedly grown to a much larger humanitarian effort as God continues to open doors inside Ukraine.
Serving those who Serve
E3 Ranch serves as a getaway. Our Ranch has been in the family for generations. Located on the outskirts of Fort Scott, Kansas, the ranch has become home to hundreds of Veterans over the years. From hunts to shooting events to meals in fellowship, our Veterans retreats provide a time for our warriors to break free, kick back, and, in the quiet (although sometimes rowdy) atmosphere, find themselves.
The Intersection
So how do serving Veterans, fighting against human sex-trafficking and aiding during international humanitarian crises intersect? We have been incredibly fortunate to have many warriors come to the ranch who have spent their career working with our countries most elite units. These professionals have spent years, even decades in the darkest places of the world. Now many of them are able to use those skills and their networks to help support our efforts. So, what started out as hosting combat vets out to our Kansas ranch in an effort to simply serve them, has not only turned into life long friendships but also a vast network of men that were born to serve and who embody the words of Psalms 82 “Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and oppressed.”
Stewardship & Financial
The E3 Ranch Foundation is committed to responsible stewardship of the donations we receive. 100% of all public donations are dedicated to helping those in need. Through private donations, we are able to cover administrative and overhead expenses.
